A Mass for Peace
Concert for Peace — Berlin
A spectacular performance of The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace, marking 100 years since the end of the First World War.
In November 2018, a spectacular performance of The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace took place at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin.
The performance marked 100 years since the end of the First World War, bringing together a huge orchestra, choir and performers under the direction of Sir Karl Jenkins.
The film used during the ‘Concert for Peace — Berlin’ forms the basis of the Armed Man Film available for hire.
The film provides an additional visual dimension to live performances, allowing the music to be accompanied by powerful imagery and creating a deeper connection between the work and its themes of war, remembrance and peace.
“The Armed Man is a powerful and moving work, made even more compelling through the combination of music and imagery.”John Sunier — Audiophile Audition
